To sign up for the KinderGolf SuperJuniors Golf Championships 2010,

1. Right click and save link as to Download the Official Registration Form
2. Complete form with full details (ALL FIELDS) and submit with payment and required documents. INCOMPLETE FORMS with missing fields, documents or payment will NOT be accepted.
3. Submit the completed form, documents and payment at any of the KinderGolf centers during opening hours. (Note: Centers will be close during lunch hour between 12-2pm)
4. All successful applications will be notified via email. Parents who did not receive any notification within 1 week are advise to check with the centers.
5. Qualifier’s Play and Safety instruction will be emailed to you before the start of your qualifier.
6. Registration will close on 9 September 2010 for all qualifiers.

IMPORTANT
Do NOT post any registration or payment. The SuperJuniors team would not be liable for any unprocessed payments and/or registrations.
