Tournament Info

Age of child

Young golfers must be between age 4 to 12 as of 1st June 2010 to participate in the tournament.

Players Pre-requisite

All players, including adults competing in the family division must possess a valid handicap card, a proficiency certificate or a certification letter from a recognized golf academy in Singapore except KinderGolfers.

Location

SuperJuniors will be held in National Service Resort & Country Club (NSRCC) Executive Par-3 Golf Course.

Schedule

Qualifiers will be held from June to September. Participants are allowed to participate in more than one qualifier.

Entry to the Finals will be based on the best scores of players among all the qualifiers.

Players Division & Fees

There will be a total of 10 individual divisions and 1 family division for both qualifiers and finals. Each child will compete in the respective division based on age and gender.

Top winners from SuperJuniors 2009 will enjoy free play for 1 Qualifier in SuperJuniors 2010.

Early Bird

Participants who make payment before 30 June 2010 will enjoy 10% off registration fee.

Closing Date

The closing date for all qualifiers is 9 September 2010 .

Terms of Play

Caddies

  • All players must have one parent, grandparent, sibling (older), or relative to caddy for them. There will be NO buggies for all Players.
  • Adults caddying for their child in the individual divisions do not need a handicap card or proficiency certificate. However, it is mandatory to attend the Safety & Rules Briefing prior to commencement of play.

    • Sign-in & Briefing

  • All players must sign-in at least 45 minutes before their schedule teetime.
  • All players must bring originals of their handicap cards, proficiency certificates and/or certification letters from their golf academies. Failure to do so will result in non-participation in the SuperJuniors.
  • A Safety & Rules Briefing will be conducted 30 minutes prior to the commencement of each round.
  • It is mandatory for all players and parents are to be present for this briefing. Latecomers to this briefing will result in a two strokes penalty to the score of the player. Absentees from this briefing will result in a six strokes penalty added to the score of the player.
  • Each player must be at the starting tee-box at least 10 minutes before scheduled tee-off. Players who miss their scheduled tee-off times will NOT be allowed to join the flight.

    Disclaimer

    The SuperJuniors Organizing Committee reserves full rights to accept, reject any registration and to determine the final number of players for the SuperJuniors for the Qualifiers and the Finals. The Tournament Director, appointed by the Organizing Committee, shall have the sole management and control of the SuperJuniors, to alter any Terms & Conditions and to decide on any disputes or queries arising out of the Championships. The Tournament Director’s decision on all matters related to the SuperJuniors shall be final.
