The KinderGolf SuperJuniors Golf Championships 2009 reached a wonderful climax with the Finals on 30Sep-1Sep 2009.

Over 120 players competed across seven Qualifiers (qualifying rounds) to determine who would make the ‘cut’ for the limited places in the Finals. As the world’s first full format open golf championship for preschoolers to children under 12, SuperJuniors has consistently provided a fun golf event that brings out the best in both children and families.

The excitement level was high on both days of the Finals, with many players and their supporters out in force at the National Service Resort & Country Club. It was great to see that all the players gave their best and playing their heart out, including the very young golfers in Division E (below 3 years old). It was also heartwarming to see the children and parents / siblings playing and bonding on the golf course, fulfilling one of the objectives of SuperJuniors in building stronger bonds through golf.

On special note is the very first SuperJuniors Hole-in-one by Martin Teo who achieved this treasured feat Hole 6 of the Executive Par-3 golf course. Well done Martin! Martin received a trophy and certificate, as well as gifts sponsored by KoozGolf.

SuperJuniors 2009 is open for registration !

JOIN US! in a full format Golf Championship uniquely designed for young golfers ages 4-12. Separate age and gender divisions, plus special family division for parent-child participation.

Qualifiers Date : 27 August, 1 September, 3 September, 8 September, 10 September

Finals Date (NEW!): 30 September, 01 October

Thank you all for making this year’s Qualifiers (Qualifying Rounds) a fun and memorable experience for all.

It was wonderful to see all the children and the caddies (parents, siblings, relatives, friends) working closely as a team - each teebox, each bunker, each green. We could see each child playing their hearts out, with skill, with finesse, with sportsmanship. We want to congratulate each player for the outstanding play, and whether in the finals or otherwise, each player is already a champion in many ways.

We were also blessed by fantastic weather for all qualifiers over the past two weeks, plus fantastic co-operation from all families who were punctual and follow the tournament rules. Thank you.

The SuperJuniors 2008 teed-off to a great start with Qualifier 1 on 18Nov2008.

We were blessed with a wonderful weather, families who were all punctual and players who competed fairly. It was a fun and memorable day for all.
